Brian Drzewiecki is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Research Innovations Inc. (RII). Brian brings extensive experience in leading key operating activities such as treasury/liquidity and capital deployment, finance/accounting and business operations across multiple business types and industries, including automotive, aerospace and defense, space, commercial aerospace, and construction. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in business partnering, M&A transactional successes & organic corporate growth with involvement in over ten company acquisitions, integrations and divestments with an aggregate value of over $3 billion.

 

Prior to joining RII, Brian served as CFO at both MGAC, a high growth construction consulting services firm, and CAES Inc., an aerospace and defense company with 3,600 employees and an annual revenue of $800 million. Prior to CAES, Brian was Vice President of Finance for the $2.1 billion commercial aircraft segment at Raytheon, where he oversaw 92% organic revenue growth over a five-year span.

Brian is currently a presenter and mentor for CFO Rising, a non-profit organization in the DC Metro area dedicated to helping members achieve their finance career goals. He holds a bachelor's degree and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University.
