Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Research Innovations Inc. (RII), Jack brings over 30 years of experience operating technology-related businesses and providing advanced technology engineering solutions across a wide range of domains.
Prior to joining RII, Jack served as Vice President of Cybersecurity and Special Missions (CSM), a business of Raytheon Company’s Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) that provides cybersecurity and advanced intelligence solutions that strengthen critical infrastructures, information systems, and missions worldwide. Before this role, Jack was CEO of ThalesRaytheonSystems (TRS), a global company specializing in air defense systems, command and control systems, 3D air defense radars, battlefield and weapon locating radars. Under his leadership, TRS expanded into new markets, delivering critical solutions for Integrated Air and Missile Defense C4I and Cyber C2 situation awareness and training for air operations centers. Jack worked internationally in this role, developing solutions for Joint and Coalition warfare and delivering the industry’s largest Air Command and Control system to control over 10 million square kilometers of NATO airspace. Prior to TRS, Jack was Vice President of Command and Control Systems for Raytheon Network Centric Systems.
Jack also co-founded and served as President/CEO of Virtual Technology Corporation (VTC) in 1994. Under his entrepreneurial leadership, VTC became the leader in the field of distributed modeling and simulation, and joint command and control, interoperability. As a result of the company’s success, VTC was acquired by Raytheon in 2006.
Jack’s extensive career has been devoted to supporting technology development in defense, providing advanced technology engineering solutions across a wide range of domains such as command and control, sensor systems, modeling and simulation, and cyber C2. Jack graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
